Asianpaints Ltd- Audit Industrial Trainee

Role
The CA industrial trainee will assist the Audit Manager and get hands-on training in the areas of
Data Analytics, Internal processes and controls, location audits (Sales Depot, Plant), ICFR
Controls, Compliance against the Company Act, Information Technology audit etc.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

 Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting
business and control objectives.
 Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support
for findings.
 Organize and reference work papers for review by Manager, Internal Audit.
 Participate in closing meetings with Auditee at the end of fieldwork.
 Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative audit report.

Essentials
 Cleared both the groups of CA IPCC.
 The period of industrial training will be from nine months to twelve months during the
last year of the prescribed period of training.
 The industrial training shall be received under a member of the Institute working in the
company. *

Study Leave
 Study leave of 2- 3 months.

Classification: Restricted 
* An Associate who has been a member for a continuous period of three years, entitled to train one industrial
trainee. A fellow member can train two industrial trainees at a time .
