Here in the Philippines, we perform mano po.

As a sign of respect, we say po and opo.
We appreciate and value our traditions and cultures.
Respecting all the people and other God-creatures

Nearly all meals are served with rice.

For all the Filipinos, it is very nice.
Other countries may insult our culture twice,
but the Filipino people can defend it all thrice.

Filipinos love to help one another.

Things will be easier if they do it together.
Willing to offer each other’s shoulder
just to help other people in a goodly manner.

Filipinos are all kind and lovable.

To all the visitors, they are all hospitable.
Always smiling at others and remaining cheerful,
that is what makes the Philippines more beautiful.
