 Table for Natural Lighting and Natural Ventilation Calculations for

 Light Red colour on the fire compartment walls and party walls (over
the brick hatching)

nearest exit in every floorplans.

CALCULATION
 Show purpose group, with calculation of occupancy load, and
staircase exit width

GENERAL REMINDER

1. To show brick hatching


2. To apply color coding for building plan submission drawings according to the relevant authority guidelines
3. To indicate fire path and travel distance from the furthermost point to the nearest fire exit on Bomba plans
4. Concrete elements (column, lift core, concrete wall etc.) on Plans and Sections to be similarly hatched
5. Line weights at least 3 different types
6. Each room to have Finishes Box indicating wall, floor, ceiling, skirting, a/c & ventilation, ceiling height (in mm) and room/area
size (in sq.m.). Make sure the size is appropriate according to drawing scale
7. Fire-fighting indication on Bomba plans to be in red colour (including party walls, fire compartment walls and fire staircase
wall)
8. Finished Floor Level (FFL) to be indicated at strategic locations, do not attached to Finishes Box. Make sure the size is
appropriate according to the drawing scale
9. Doors and windows indication to be shown on floor plans view.
10. All plans, sections and elevations to have the same scale
11. If possible, always try to draw plans with north arrow facing up or upward on the drawing sheet.
