5 TIPS TO AVOID
POTENTIAL HAZARDS
IN USING A
MICROWAVE

1. Do not cook canned food in a sealed state

Canned food to be heated should be opened and
transferred to a ceramic plate before placing in
the microwave oven.

2. Do not use dangerous cooking utensils or plastic containers

Some plastic containers may not be used in the microwave.
Materials that are declared as materials that cannot be used
with a microwave will usually produce substances that are
harmful to the endocrine glands as well as triggers for lymph
node disorders.

3. Do not cook or warm food in a vacuum bag

Most of the food in supermarkets is
wrapped in plastic with a vacuum system
to prevent damage. However, the food
must first be opened before being put into
the microwave.

4. Do not use metal tools

It is better not to install or heat food
using metal containers. Metal containers
tend to heat up very quickly, while food
does not heat up.

5. No Cooking Eggs
Cooking eggs using a microwave has a
risk of splashing, especially in the yolk.
This can damage the Microwave.
Especially if when cooking the egg the
egg has not been cracked or the eggshell
is still intact. Cooking an egg whole will
cause an explosion which will damage the
microwave.
