G-12 STS Meeting:

January 9, 12:30

- The meeting started at exactly 12:45 and prayer was led by Sir Nathaniel Bernardo.
- Presided by Sir Roms Pilongo, the agenda are as follows:
1. Work Immersion updates
o Sir EJ updated the group that there are still students who haven’t answered the Google
Form
o Mam Malou, Sir Kiko, Mam Coleen, Mam Tina, Sir Emman are the focal person for the
work immersion. Presider reminded the team on the list of partner companies for the
work immersion.
2. Schedule of Submission of Final Exam
o January 9-13- teachers are expected to submit the soft coy of their final exam
o Even if the final exam is a performance task, guidelines should be submitted
3. January 23 is NAT Orientation day and teachers are expected to assist.
4. January 24-25 Performance Task GRASP MODEL and Final Exam (Written Work)
5. January 26-27 – Mock NAT
o Teachers will help the students review
o Advisers will handle the review per class
o Sir Pilongo encourages the adviser to help the students review if the subject that the
students are taking is their major.
o Grade 12 teachers are suggesting if the G11 teacher can review the G12 instead since
most of the subject that the students will take are G11 subjects.
6. Jan 30-31 actual NAT
o Teachers from other schools will facilitate the exam
o G12 teachers suggested that we should also be present to assist.

Other matters:
1. List of Learners for NAT via Google Sheet
- Advisers were asked to submit their list of learners using this format: Last Name, First Name,
Middle Name, LRN through a Google Sheet.
2. Submission of SF1 from December month to January is on January 31
3. Advisers were reminded to start checking their student’s credentials: F137, Birth Certificate
4. Advisers were also reminded to double check the spelling of their student’s names to avoid
mistakes on their school records
5. Teachers were encouraged to follow up students who are temporarily enrolled in Sta. Elena and
haven’t provided their credentials to transfer due to unsettled school accounts in private
schools. Agreements should be notarized.
6. All grade 12 classrooms were asked to keep cleanliness.Sir Pilongo commended Productivity,
Dynamism for always keeping their classrooms clean.
7. Haircut and proper uniform
- Early today, students who are not following proper haircut was reprimanded by Sir Pilongo.
Advisers are encouraged to monitor their student’s hair cut.
- Letters are to be submitted by the students and compliance should be done by tomorrow, Jan
10.
8. Tardiness- According to Ms. Noemi, there are students who enters the campus at 8:00. Teachers
suggested that list of tardy students form the school guard should be submitted to them
regularly for better monitoring.
9. For the usage of comfort rooms, 4th floor CR is for HUMSS students only.

3 sections (CR-JHS)
10. Tomorrow, Class Pictorial will push through at 7:30AM
- 60 for Class Picture until Thursday
