Reflection Paper of “Those sitting on wealth and power aren’t going to stand aside
and do the right thing.”

On the 15th of April, 2015. According to Eliza Anyangwe, those sitting on wealth
and power aren’t going to stand aside and do the right thing. Some countries didn’t
think one of the roots of inequality is beyond revenue creation. Technologies nowadays
are advanced and it is still improving, along with rapidly increasing the demand for
people with outstanding skills, while reducing it for people with low skill. Economic
inequality also known as the gap between rich and poor, it simply means there is patent
inequality in the distribution of wealth.
As the gap widens, the poor suffers deeper and longer deprivation because the
range of goods and services available to them contracts. While, there are people who
have a loads of money that is impossible to spend in a lifetime. Despite the fact that
there are others who are notable to fulfill their basic needs. Many of the country around
the world, people are suffering because of the selfishness of those who are in power.
They promised that they would improve development outcomes, but instead they
turned out to be the greatest single cause of poverty. I don’t believe that those sitting
on piles of wealth and power are going to stand aside and do the right thing and share
the spoils with us. One thing is for sure, this world is full of unfairness .
