    1.0 Designation : QC Staff for Cutting


    2.0 Department : QC Department
    3.0 Accountable To : QC Incharge
    4.0 Direct Subordinate : None
    5.0 In-Direct Subordinate : None

    6.0 Responsibilities:

    6.1 Responsible to check fabric before cutting during spreading.


    6.2 Maintain Quality in Cutting Department.
    6.3 Responsible to check size as per customer’s requirement.
    6.4 Responsible to check marking on table.
    6.5 Responsible to check the corner of spreader must be equivalent.
    6.6 Responsible to check the shade of each roll of fabric as per approve shade card.
    6.7 After marking he will check the size cards as per customer requirement.
    6.8 If he found and defect, consult with the incharge of cutting
    6.9 Responsible to check cutting bundle.
    6.10 Responsible to submit report to the seniors on daily basis.
