    PREPARING A

    GARNISH USING
    CUCUMBER
    1 Make 6 cucumber slices with a vegetable
    peeler.
    2 Make an opening in one of the slices.
    It will be the bottom of the flower.
    3 5 slices roll together as tight as possible.
    Place the roll of cucumber slices in the center of the
    4 slice with the opening. Cut the bottom, so the flower can
    stay on the base. Spread carefully the petals for a more
    realistic appearance.
    Our cucumber rose is ready! So cute and
    simple!
