    Greetings!

    LETTER OF REQUEST FOR AN ORIENTATION

    We, the Pinamalayan West District PTA Federation, would like to ask for a permission to conduct an
    orientation at Sta. Rita Elementary School, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro on the 17th of November
    2022 at 8:00am.

    The said Orientation is entitled OMNIBUS 2022 and will discuss about Omnibus Guidelines On The
    Regulations Of Operations of Parents-Teachers Association. This orientation will be very beneficial for us
    as PTA officers for we will gain knowledge for our school operations. We will also like to request for Sir
    Arnulfo Saguid to orient us about the Omnibus because we feel he would be the perfect person to
    address our audience.

    Hoping that you would grant our request.
