INEQUALITY AS ECONOMIC INFLUENCE IN FAST FOOD EMPLOYEES

The background of this study is to interplay a dynamic game between trust and
inequality in some fast food restaurants. Some must say that economy and equality can’t be
together because it might result negative at the end. As pertaining to the meaning of inequality,
it refers to the phenomenon of unequal and/or unjust distribution of resources and opportunities
among members of a given society. According to some research, fast food workers are the
lowest paid in the economy because their wages is less than the minimum wage. Their average
hourly wage of fast food employees is around 40 pesos or less than 8,000 pesos per month for
a full time worker, though most fast food workers do not get full-time hours.

Problem Questions:
*how much does the decrease of the salary whenever the inventory was short?
*do you still have time to rest after your scheduled overtime?
*do you have a proportion of Employer-employee compensation?

The background of this study is to provide solutions for the inequality of students that
they are encountering every day whenever they are going to school. In educational institutions,
inequality is often related to access and outcomes. Equality ensures that every student has
equal access to a high-quality education regardless of their social status in life. This study must
also ensure that all students are accountable to the same standards and objectives without
taking into account their circumstances, abilities, or experiences. However, in inequality, there
may be an unequal distribution of the same such as favouritism.

Problem Question:
 Do you experience favouritism in your class?
 Does your ability or performance is corresponding to your grades?
 Do you have a high class type of a classmate that uses his/her capability to
be on top?
 Do you experience a traumatic scenario in your school with your classmate
just like bullying?
