MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

This is a Motion for Reconsideration of the Order of the Honorable Court dated
May 10, 2020 on the ground that the same relief, the same subject matter, the
same parties are involved in RTC 5 under Civil Case No. 2222

This Honorable Court may have mis-appreciated the facts. The case filed by the
plaintiff, National Agreement versus the Heirs of Franci Bulalo in RTC 5 is one of
SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE and not for Just Compensation and Damages. The
parties were seeking different remedies and it is my submission that similarity of
parties is not a ground for the dismissal of the case before this Honorable Court as
it has a different cause of action.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, counsel prays that the order be

reconsidered in the interest of substantial justice.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances are likewise prayed for.
