Co-Ordination and Follow Up With Application Team (APD) On Application Deployment and Testing Statuses
Description:
Application Deployments define the package of software components that make up an
application in a particular environment, e.g. development or production. Instances of these
are deployed onto physical Technology Nodes to capture where that software is executing.
Pre-requisites:
1.Application team SPOC
2.Architectural diagram
Follow-up Procedures:
1. Getting the requirements from the App team on what needs to be done.
2. As per the requirement team will start to work on the deployment.
3. If any challenges in deployment, team will schedule a call with the application
team to discuss on that.
4. Deployment team will get the clarity and inputs.
5. If needed team will raise ticket to NHC or Microsoft based on the challenge.
6. If any alternative solution suggested by NHC, again we have to discuss with the
application team.
7. Then, after their approval we can go with the alternative solution or else we have
look out solution for the existing architecture.
8. Once the internal issue resolved, team can able to deploy successfully.
9. The process will be the same for all the further follow-up.
