Architecture

Ever since i was young, I have admired the unique building and structures. I have always
appreciated a nice, well thought out home because i do believe home is where the heart is. I
have done lots of research on architecture and I have decided that I am naturally drawn to this
career because it requires lots of creativity and an eye for design. Being an architect also allows
you to interact with people, which is important to me because I am a social person. As it's also a
steady job and brings in a good salary.

Through my research, I have learned exactly what architects do before starting projects, and
while working on them. A usual day for an architect usually consists in two sittings: the office or
sometimes the construction site where their idea is put to life. Usually in the office, they are
meeting with clients, preparing projects and completing requirements for the upcoming projects.
They also have to know how to create scaled drawings by hand; however, preparing drawings
by computer design technology is more advanced in the modern world we live in. The typical
day in the office sounds nothing but ideal for me.

My earliest memory of ever having an interest in architecture was when I was in grade 3 and
I played a mobile game called The Sims and Minecraft nonstop, where I tried to build a whole
town. I remember that passion for wanting to do more than that. As my passion grew , I chose
architecture as my major over everything else because it’s where I belong.

Long story short , I believe architecture is just the art we live in and that everything you can
imagine is real.
