 1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

PT. Multi Kreasi Engineering Are focusing in SYSTEM INTEGRATOR for Gas / Liquid Metering
System and Control System. To support our main business we are developing three Departments
such as Project and Services Department, Engineering and Services Department and Material
Support Department. Base on our experience and capabilities we are strongly confidence to
deliver every single project, Services and every assignment in high quality to meet customer
satisfaction.

2.0 SCOPE DESCRIPTION

PT. Multi Kreasi Engineering will supply to you 1 (One) packaged Annual Calibration Orifice
Metering with equipment as detailed in the BOM of this proposal.

3.0 PRICE SCHEDULE

The following is the price schedule for the offered scope of supply. These prices include the scope
of supply as per the technical proposal with summary as following :

- Man power, tools and transportation
- Shipment and Packing from Site to Directorat Metrology Bandung (Vice Versa)

- Issued KHP From Directorat Metrology Bandung

5.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Validity
Quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of submission of proposal.
Prices
Unless otherwise specified, all prices quoted are nett to the Vendor and in USD or IDR & Prices is Exclude
VAT 10%
Delivery Time
Delivery will be within ± 1 - 2 Months receipt Contract/Purchase Order for one meter. In the event that
the Client should fail to take delivery or postpone taking delivery against the
specified date, the Client shall pay for the goods on the due date and in addition the Vendor shall
have the right to charge the additional charges incurred by the Vendor. Such storage, insurance
and additional charges shall be payable to the Vendor upon demand. The Vendor shall not be
liable for any delay in delivery due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Vendor.

Delivery Point
Site Peluang – Indonesia.

Payment
All payments must be made to the Vendor on the due date, or due dates where payments are
made progressively. Without prejudice to the Vendor's general right. All payments shall be made
payable to PT. Multi Kreasi Engineering.

PT Multi Kreasi Engineering Progressive payments will be Negotiable or as follows:

100 % After KHP Issued from Metrology

Terms of Payment: TT 30 Days after Invoice
