    Dear Sir,

    Kindly accept this letter as formal notice of my intentions to resign from my


    position of branch controller at Citistores Inc.(Centro Department Store Isulan)

    I am grateful that you considered me fit for my current job position. Thank you for all the
    support & opportunity that have provided me over the course of almost two years. However, I
    plan to focus on my review for this coming licensure exam, and I want to pursue my Career in
    Education.

    I wish to carry out my responsibilities as usual till July 15 2022. that should serve as my last
    date. Before then, I promise to update my files,and do everything you will request me to do in
    line with my job description. I would be happy to meet with you at your convenience to
    discuss the transition of my duties to my successor.

    I wish the company and all its employees much success in coming years.
