Madison is a student centered teacher but at the same time she integrate the discussion and activity into something that students will easily grasp on. her activities help the students analyze the lesson with their personal interpretation. furthermore, one of the strengths that randy will highlight is the fast feedback of Madison to her students. she remind the students about the learning target and remodeled her instructions based on the students need.
