    To The Rector of The Pan African University :

    I am writing this letter to recommend Evans Lindel DONFACK FONE for the PAU Scholarship. I got to
    know Evans as her tutored project’s supervisor throughout the year.

    As a student, Evans demonstrated a high level of commitment during his studies and I have also
    noticed that he has an intrinsic endeavor for learning experience and understanding of concepts. He
    is really a hardworking student who has the ability to succeed at PAU’s Master Degree in Civil
    Engineering and beyond.

    His questions during our project’s reviews were quite relevant and the explanations given were very
    appreciative. I have discovered in him a rigorous, dynamic, determined and very objective
    personality. He has shown enthusiasm and unwavering involvement during the tasks assigned. It was
    the reasons why he was able to secure the first place in the bachelor degree program.

    As an educator why is committed to helping deserving students succeed, I strongly encourage you to
