Teacher Madison provided timely and relevant feedback to her

students when she demonstrated an embedded formative

assessment.

She effectively modeled how to use a protractor when she saw

struggling students.

She used formative assessment by asking the students about

misunderstandings and errors before making interventions.


Teacher Madison used different kinds of approaches in doing the

formative assessment, based on her students' capabilities and

knowledge.

Teacher Madison's feedback was timely and immediate,

making her feedback goal-oriented


Her feedback was effective in immediately affecting students'

progress, and she was able to correct, reinforce knowledge,

and address errors.


In the process of providing feedback, Teacher Madison also

actively engaged her students by asking some questions.
