1. Erection of the Oil Supply Station

1.1 Assembly
The oil supply station is delivered in one piece, there is no assembly necessary.

1.2 Placement
The surface that the oil station is placed upon must be able to hold the weight (ca. 5 t completely filled).
The surface must be level, a slope of up to 10mm (only 1 direction) is acceptable.
It is advisable to bolt the oil station to the ground.
Make sure the manholes stay accessible.
The location of the oil supply station must be equipped to handle oil possible leakages according to the
local environmental regulations.

1.3 Electrical connection


The following electrical connections need to be provided on erection:
- main power supply: 380V tri, 50 Hz, 3/PE, connects to terminal strip –X1 of the control panel
- secondary power supply: 230V AC, 50 Hz, 1/N/PE, connects to terminal strip –X101
- emergency stop circuit: dry contact, connects to terminal strip –X4 (optional)
- power supply to distributor cabinets: 6 times, connected to terminal strip –X3
- Profibus: connects to the distributor cabinets in the field
- Ethernet: RJ45 interface, connects to module 3 of the PLC rack (CP 343-1)

1.4 Hydraulic connections


There is only one hydraulic connection, the main oil supply line to the distributor cabinets. The take over
point is a welding stud OD 20x2,5.

2. Erection of the distributor cabinets

2.1 Assembly
The distributor cabinets are delivered in one piece, there is no assembly necessary.

2.2 Placement
The surface that the distributor cabinets are placed unto must even and vertical. For details on the
mounting hole pattern please refer to the drawings.
Make sure the cabinet door can be opened without any obstacles to allow for commissioning and
maintenance.

2.3 Electrical connection


The following electrical connections need to be provided on erection:
- power supply: 24V DC, from the control panel, connects to terminal strip –X4 of the control panel
- Profibus: connects to other distributor cabinets or to the PLC

2.4 Pneumatic/Hydraulic connections


All connections for oil, air and air-oil must be done during installation. Please refer to the drawings for
positions and diameters.

Please make sure to not exert to much force (torque or lateral forces) on the outlet bulkhead fittings (air-
oil outlets). Use two spanners to tighten the fittings.
