SUBJECT: Planning Session for Dieticians’ Convention

As you will remember, at our last monthly meeting we brainstormed

above having a Dietician convention during the month of May. We all
agreed to a tentative date of May 14 -18 for the convention. A list
of fifteen (15) possible venues for the public was also created

Each of you were to make initial contact with three of these locations
in Nassau and determine the following:

1. Availability for specific dates and tunes.

2. The cost of 2-3 hours for approximately one hundred and fifty
(150) persons.

Please be reminded that our next meeting has been confirmed for
Saturday 28 January, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the University of The Bahamas,
formerly C.O.B., Consumers Close Campus, in the lecture theatre. You
are also reminded to bring your findings regarding revenues.

Please come prepared to give input on/for possible public meetings,

the final guest speakers and activities.

You should also put in writing a list of topics or matters that

concern your work environment that you would like to be addressed.
Any other business not stated in this memo should also be written and
given to the Chairperson before the meeting.
