Dear all Colleagues

It is my privilege to associate with prestigious KOPL group in September, 2020& pleasure to review few points
since my joining at Hassan plant and to share my personal feeling and experience with KOPL group.
Joining at KOPL was challenging in term of relocation to new place, shifting family, change of job from home
distt- alwar (Rajasthan) location to Karnataka having unknown language. But later joining at Hassan plant, I got
lot of support from management and colleagues at Hassan. All such feeling disappear within short span of
time. Hassan being beautiful calm place, clean atmosphere, full of surrounding greenery, good environment to
live with balanced weather. I found now, one of the best place for me to stay is Hassan & another Chandigarh
in my career.

As we all aware that KOPL has grown up in present position with lot of hard work made by management and
their team established in 1991 and still exploring the opportunity to grow several folds in coming future with
positive approach in Hair Care, Skin Care, Sun Care, Paints & Coatings and Food & Healthcare products. Now
KOPL Hassan plant is certified with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, GMP and USFDA approved plant.

I am thankful to KOPL management for giving me an opportunity to work at Hassan. I still feel lot of growth
opportunity ahead in coming years in terms of sales and manufacturing output figures. The year 2021 just
began &there is no ending of success and I anticipate all best positive results for growth of KOPL. Not only we
are serving society in manpower association attached but also we are playing a very important role in the
growth of our Nation by terms of export revenue.
Let us make all positive efforts for every possible growth of KOPL group in upwards direction within short span
of time.
