normal affected sales managers’ planning and decision-making? What should
they consider when transitioning to face-to-face or blended operations? Kindly
focus on one local business you are familiar with.
4. The recent national elections have shown how politicians market themselves,
and how supporters market their candidates. Critique three candidates based on
their “selling” strategies using your own metrics. Comment on their strategies
such as locations for campaigns, jingles, programs, and other elements you

b. SARA DUTERTE-CARPIO
Sara joyrode Bongbong Marcos’ candidacy as his Vice President. They were
packaged as partners, and when one seemed to be not in the mood to attend
debates, so is the other. Even their jingles and campaign materials were synched,
providing little to no room for anyone to suspect they will not end up in bad terms.
c. LENI ROBREDO
Robredo's candidacy was founded on her accomplishments as the country's
current Vice President. She devised actual programs and activities that were
specifically tailored to each region's requirements. She also presented herself as a
nurturing mother, ready to take care of the majority's needs once the epidemic
struck. The story of the loving mother is accompanied with a message of optimism
and jingles that are frequently broadcast on radio stations. Pink was chosen to
represent her and her vision—Kulay Rosas ang Bukas—the most unexpected hue
for a political campaign Rosas, Nica Del Rosario's jingle, was performed in a
soothing tone and with phrases that best soothed the majority's heartaches and
sorrows. The campaign's song, which galvanized fans, even reached number two on
Billboard PH (Bodegon-Hikino, 2022). Robredo, with little to no budget in her office
during her administration, administered rallies, house to house campaigns and
campaign activities through the aid of volunteerism and her supporters’ contribution.
5. The importance of doing what is right has been taught to us ever since we were
little children. But with the pressure of society there are times when we get off-
track, unknowingly or otherwise. Marketers face many ethical dilemmas, which is
why graduates should always be armed with the right principles before they enter
the workplace. Using your own process for self-evaluation of attitude and
behavior, kindly answer the following questions:
