Terms & Conditions:

 License Payment: 100% Advance along with PO

 Implementation Charges: 100% against the implementation sign off.
 Taxes shall be charged extra as applicable at the time of billing. Current applicable Tax is
service tax and VAT
  Permanent License shall be released upon the realization of license payment.
 2nd Year onwards 18% of the license price shall be charged towards the AMC.
 Delivery: 3 weeks from the date of receipt of signed purchase order.
 Validity of the offer: 15 Days from the date of submission.
