appropriate plug setting and hence the pick-up current.

c. Max Load current = 6A, Min fault current = 7A
d. Max Load current = 6A, Min fault current = 10A
e. Max Load current = 8A, Min fault current = 12A

Determine the severity of fault current when a current of 5000A flows through a CT of 500:5 turns ratio and
having plug setting of 200%.
