The importance of conducting a site or ocular inspection in implementing community

immersion is because it will allow us to meet the people in the community that we will work it. Another
one is for us to observe the community life style so that we will be able to create a feasible program or
plan for their community, and lastly to be able to learn more about their community. With the help of
the information that have been gathered during the ocular inspection can aid in the correct
incorporation of the group into the community.

2. Establish partnership with the community stakeholders.

The key of forming partnerships with community stakeholders in order to achieve community
immersion is for them to believe that we can improve their community. With it we able to build strong
bonds between education and the community by cultivating mutually respectful interactions.
Investigate opportunities to improve school efficiency and viability and enhance the services and
resources offered to students. It is also beneficial for both the students and the community
stakeholders by enhancing our decision-making, legitimacy, and competitiveness.

3. Project Planning

One of the most important steps of the entire process is project planning. The relevance of
project planning in community immersion implementation is to be able to find an accurate, feasible,
and coordinated program for the community. It ensures the success rate by letting the facilitators to
save money, track project goals and outcomes, keep the collaborations aligned and it also improves the
communication within the team.

4. Taking Documentation.

The significance of taking documentation is to serve as proof that we participated in a

community immersion in a certain community. Documentation sheds light on the education process by
highlighting student’s concepts, interests, and relationships. Keeping detailed records, such as
documentation, is required to keep track of tasks and reduce duplicative labour. It also assists students
in summarizing and sharing information in areas where we may benefit from increased openness and a
more collaborative and purposeful culture. The students can use those tools to find answers to their
queries and begin to sort things out on their own later on.
