Tutorials
It is highly recommended that you watch the tutorials

before you start playing the game.
Approximate time: 1.5 - 2 hrs
• You will be in a position to exit the tutorials at any

time and start from where you left.
• You will be given time to practise and apply
concepts that you have learnt in the tutorials in a
demo mode within the tutorial.
• Once the mandatory modules are over, you can
skip to the tutorials related to the department of
your choice for e.g. watch only Marketing, HR,
Finance or Operations decisions.

Demo Game
1. To play a demo game with our AI system (LINDA),

Click the Demo Button.
2. Click SratUp X Foundation.
3. A demo game will be initiated and you can play all
4 roles and explore the game.

Final Competition
• Once you are done watching the tutorials and

playing a demo game, you can start the competition
round.
• Click Play from the options.

Enter Game Universe Token
• The Game Universe Token for the qualifying round

is IIFT-2021
• The Game Universe Token for the final round will be
shared with you separately.

If you are playing more than 1 role, you need to select the role and then click
on the check box for confirmation.

Detailed Performance Review
Apart from the reports available in the game, if you

wish to have additional reports, you can visit the online
dashboard.
• When you minimise your game by clicking Esc key

on your keyboard, you will see the game in a
windowed mode.
• Click Detailed Analytics link on the bottom left
corner to view your company’s performance
• To maximise your game, click the maximise button

• Fast Cars Inc. is a toy car manufacturing company that has been operating for a year, so it already
has manufacturing and sales.
• Roles Played: Head of Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR
• Starting market presence: Territory 1 (out of 8 territories)
• First year revenue – 9.8 Million
• Customer Segments: Kids, Teens, Racing Car Enthusiasts & Car Collectors
• Four products: Kissan Micra, Swift Micra, Figa & Kitz
• No of Employees: 51
• Production Plant: North Town
• Total Capacity 135,000 and Current Capacity - 35000

The Problem
• Demand for products is high. However the company doesn’t have enough capacity.
• Production efficiency is low because of improper supplier selection and lack of training.
• The sales force is not motivated enough and are not trained.

Winning Criteria
Winning is a weighted average score between 4 Parameters.

You need to make 3 submissions requests to achieve 35000 units of production.
Every Machine takes a certain time in the game for production, so after production time is over then the
machine becomes available for full capacity for production.

Experiment with Decsions - Taking the same decisions all the time is not going to
give you diferent results. It is a risk-free environment, so be bold with your decisions.

you do not review, you dont know where you are going wrong.
Do not Ignore Pop Ups in the game - They give you some interesting information.
Take it slow: Do not rush, remember you control time in the game.. You are GOD!
