Reflection of Professor Mohammed Ziaul Haque Sir’s lecture on Customer- Driven Market Strategy in
Principles of Marketing course

Dear Professor,

The purpose of this letter is to express my understanding and thoughts regarding the Principles of
Marketing course's chapter on Customer Driven Marketing Strategy.
The necessity of comprehending and meeting demands of customers as well as producing value in the
marketing process was thoroughly explained in your lecture, which I thought to be both instructive and
informative. The segmentation, targeting, differentiation, and positioning strategies that are important
to a customer-value driven marketing strategy are discussed in your lecture. You discussed how
customer purchasing behavior varies depends on the situation, culture, demographics, region,
psychology, etc.
But it would be more beneficial if you could discuss about the relevant questions with case studies and
examples from this chapter during the session.
Finally, this chapter, in my opinion, has given me a better grasp of the significance of understanding and
creating value for customers in the marketing process and I would want to express my sincere gratitude
for both the chance to study customer-driven marketing in this course and for your guidance as a
teacher.
