DRAWING AND DOCUMENTATION

Item DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT OFFERED


1 Before fabrication, contractor must be
present two (2) set of drawings and list
of accesories included in the supply, to
be aproved by the customer
representative (supervisor). This
aproval incudes CTs, terminal
connectors, strap and any other
accesory.
2 Drawings and documents must be
delivered to supervisor not more than
30 days after contractual term begins
3 All drawings for aproval mus be
presented free of defects, studs,
corrections or modifications in
original, one copy and digital format
(pdf and autocad), in USB type
memory in A2 format.
A) The drawings and documents must
have dimensions, nomenclature and
simbols defined as the corresponding
stardards.
B) All dimensions must be indicated in
metrical units. Signs, notes and
letterhead in Spanish language.
C) All drawings, documents and
instructives must be presented in
Spanish language or English but not
other language.
D) Letterhead on each document must
be located in the right inferior place,
containing the following information:
• Contractor name (LOG
Ingenieria, S.A.)
• End customer name (INDE-
EGEE)
• Purchase order name
• Drawing or document name
and date
Number of other drawings reference,
if there is some relationship between
them.
E) Reviews carried on. Corrected
drawings will carry a detail of
modifications including date of each
modification.
4 The end customer will keep the
original drawings and will return an
approved copy and observations to
begin construction.
5 End customer supervisor will take 15
business days to review and approved
drawings to contractor. This time for
approval drawings must be included in
the delivery time of supply. In any
case contractor could not argue the
date of approval of drawings as the
initial time of contract.
6 If the drawings show incongruencies,
end customer will require contractor
to make the respective corrections.
7 The time of corrections of drawings
and aproval of them, must be
considered in the delivery time of
supply.
8 Non-compliance of drawing delivery or
the corrections recomended by the
contractor supervisor, could be
enough to execute the perfomance
bond.
Documents to reception of supply
1 A reception act will bi sucribed,
including:
a) Technical documentation containing
all the information of characteristics of
supply.
b) “as build” drawings
c) Factory routine testing protocols on
each currrent transformer
d) Montaing, operation and
maintenance originals manuals from
factory included in the supply in
Spanish or English language.
e) Complete electric diagrams of all
internal equipment, lightining, power
and control, alarm points, trips, etc.
2 All previous documentation must be
deliver in: original documents
(printed), three (3) copies (printed),
plus three (3) digital copies in three (3)
USB memories.
5 WARRANTY
1 The contractor must present a
Warranty Certificate of Manufacturer,
where it is stated, that the supplies are
new and recent fabrication and fulfill
all the requirments specified in the
terms of invitation to quote, indicating
the warranty time equal or higher than
(24) twenty four months from the date
of reception.
6 TRANSPORT
1 The contractor is resposible for
transport of goods from origin to end
customer warehouse.
2 The supply and accesories must be
new, good quality and the brand of
recognized prestige.
3 It’s part of the scope of the transport,
under contractor responsability, the
packing, load and unload, pay of taxes,
duties, insurance and other related
service and expenses of transport the
goods, to end delivery site.
7 TESTINGS
1 The contractor must deliver the
routine testings protocols under
applied standards. These protocols
must indicate the standards under the
tests were carried out.
2 These protocols must be deliver to
supervisor in the reception phase.
STORAGE
1 Contractor must ensure the adecuate
conditions to protect the goods
against climatic conditions and
prevent the incorrect positions of
goods.

10 REJECTIONS
The Empresa de Generacion de
Energia Electrica-EGEE-, the end
customer, has the right to reject the
supply of current Transformers for 230
kV, that not satisfy the requriments
relatives to specifications and
technical values requested in the
bases of call to quote or in the case
the offerer exceed the specifications
and values and later do not fulfill, will
be rejected and anyway should comply
the established.
The supervisor of contract will verfy
and validate all the tecnical conditions
established in the bases of the call of
quote.
