SUGGESTIVE METHODS OR AUTHOR’S SUGGESTION

 To increase the literate people ,we should keep the importance of the linght of
education in the feont of worker and the possitive site of education also.So that they
can relized that the behind of higher education a golden future are waiting for them
and their children .One educated person is like a lamp for adark room. As the the lamp
remove the darkness similarly one educated person or a educated society give born a
devlop generation and in this ay a country or a reae attend the maximum level of
success .This intellection should be put in their mind.

 In this survey we find that economic reason is the main barrier to gain the education.
To attained the success with removing educational barrier or to connect a society in
the light of ducation we should arrange the vocationalmeducation.State govt or central
govt should be provide different type of educational scheme . The conciderable
person of the society or moneybags or rich bussnessman and industrilist should
increase their economic hand .For godgifted chield or normal child for boath free
teaching system should arrange by govt.
 Increase number of school and college; The tottal population of our survey area near
abot 50,000 in this ratio theie is a huge lack of institute in respect of volume of people
This matter should be discuss on media or newspaper , sothat govt be awaken, to
develop the quality of school the report should be submit to the govt by school
inspector.

1. Govt should be operate different type of educational and economic scheme so that ,
each child , people of india get education. For development of education ,school
environment should be develop ,modern technology and modern teahing tools should
be provide in school by govt .For low cost of education and better education govt
should have sceintific plane.
CONCLUSION.

From the present study it is concluded that I ndustrial workers are approximately educated and they
work because their family income is insufficient and they wish to support their family. Their monthly
income is below Rs.12,000/- which they earn by working about 6 hours a day. Their savings are very
less and they invest in traditional investment options such as bank FDs, LIC and chit funds. It is
recommended that the Union, Government and NGOs should play active role to improve working
condition of domestic workers. Banks can come forward and undertake investment awareness
programmes specially for industrial workers.

We find in our study region different type of problems like economic problem, different type of
education barrier , low govt opportunity, backward society etc and how to solve such type of
problem it is discussed in author’s suggestion.
