SUPERVISOR'S FEEDBACK
QUESTIONNAIRE
The Supervisor’s Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) is a quick feedback tool which aims to
measure the application of learnings and insights gained in the Learning and Development
Interventions (LDI) provided by the Department through the Human Resource Management
and Development Service (HRMDS) – Learning and Development Division (LDD). Moreover,
the SFQ will be used to identify other developmental interventions for concerned staff which
could be helpful to improve the performance of an Office, Bureau, Service, or Unit (OBSU).
