Sir, With reference to the subject cited above, It is to intimate you that under CAPEX scheme for loss reduction, the areas with high theft from bare conductors of LT line are to be converted to LT ABC in different division under this Circle . As a team work road map has been prepared on priority to avoid hooking and theft of power through our bare LT OH lines. The work will be executed by different BA like M/s TRAFISOL & M/s IMPLECO by TPCODL Project Team under the supervision of concerned SDO, Section Manager & lineman. As there are high theft areas (details given by section) there are chances of public resistance during Scheme execution. Section Managers are arrange execution of these scheme under their direct supervision to ensure safe & timely execution.The Project team will provide materials & BA Support as per requirement. The date wise details schedule programs to be share by HoD, Project,BBSR 2 to all the Divisional Manager & to the undersigned prior execution of work at site in order to information of all SDO and Section Managers. The B.A will execute the work with observing all safety guideline issued by TPCODL... ‘The dismantle materials to be return to the respective sectional store for taken into site account .After LT AB conversion the data may be captured for no of new connection came, Hooking removed in Nos by concerned Divisional coordinator after getting input from Section Team.
