Monitoring and Evaluation:


Monitoring and Evaluation committee shall be created to help in the implementation and strictly
monitor the implementation of the projects. Employees shall be evaluated and assessed every month to
determine their priority improvement areas and their TNA-Training Needs Assessment.

The programs shall be evaluated and assessed quarterly to find out if the goals and objectives are still on
its line of sight.

Survey shall be conducted semi annually to address feedbacks to the employees and to find out how
effective are the programs and projects being implemented.
