No Activities Implementer Time frame

1. Pre- production FBC and GIZ 3days

 Understanding the project
 Review of relevant documents, and get briefing from GIZ
 develop storyline for the production
 Work plan / schedule will be developed and approved.

2. Production FBC 43 days

 Interviewing regional stakeholders, partners, experts
and beneficiaries in Amhara are completed.
 Scripts are revised and adapted to the local context and
validated.
 Recordings with voice actors will be completed.
 Reviewing and editing production

3. Post production FBC 7days

Production is finalized and fine-tuned in close consultation with
the GIZ project team and its partners.
24 episodes will be ready to be aired and used through different
channels.
Incorporate comments and feedbacks on the production and
resubmit the Audio for final approval.

Duration of the work (ToR)

 The firm will commence the work upon signing a contract
 Total pre-production, production, post-production time (including interim reviews, narratives and
final production) will be finalized by the end of April 30, 2023.
