Decoiler is provided to load raw material (coil) on its arm. It holds the coil and also store’s it in loop area
before it goes in process. It has expandable jaws to loose / tighten coil during loading / unloading and

APPLICATION
Leveling sheet before forming for proper profile production. Entry gate maintain sheet alignment to enter into

04 BACK SIDE LINER CUTTER


APPLICATION
To cut the plain sheet before generating profile in proper & programmable length so as to stop material from
entering the forming line. Back said cutter is connected with encoder which is program in PLC control system.
It has huge advantage of 0 mm cutting wastage which help’s to save wastage of material.

05 FORMING ROLLERS
APPLICATION
Forming rollers made of EN-31 material with hard chrome plating which are super polished for long life &
even production without marking on profile. Set consists of forming rollers, aligning spacers, side guide rolls.

06 ROLL FORMING LINE
APPLICATION
Roll forming consist pairs of contoured roll tools. While the coil stock is passing through succession contoured
rolls the material bends to its desired shape, after final shape is achieved profile straighter gives straightness
to outgoing profile.

APPLICATION
Cutting as stop forming line cuts length +/- 2 mm and very high line speed cuts the blank or profile single
word. Press is designed to accept type die or dropping die without slug while cutting.

APPLICATION
The pump supply with the system is variable flow vane type hence delivers high pressure with full flow on
demand and automatically cut-off pumping station from hydraulic circuit when there is no demand of
pressure or flow in the system, thus saves not only electricity but also enhances pump’s life cycle.

Part C: Other terms & Conditions:
PRICES
Prices quoted are ex our Works – Bhunava (Rajkot - Gujarat)

PAYMENT
A) 30% (of basic amount) along with official purchase order.
B) Balance payment (including GST) before the dispatch of machine.
(Machine will be dispatched within 2 to 3 days from the date of receipt of full & final payment - subjected to
availability of transportation)

GST
GST will be charged extra as applicable at the time of dispatch (Present rate is 18%)

DELIVERY
Within 75 to 90 days from the date of receipt of confirm order along with 30% advance and all technical
clearance from your side.

LATE DELIVERY CHARGES


We will try to deliver the machine within the committed time 75 to 90 days. However in case of late delivery,
due to any unfavorable circumstances, we will note bare any late delivery charges.

CANCELLATION
Order once placed can’t be cancel, revised or modified. And in any case of cancellation JUPITER reserves the
right to forfeit the advance payment made by customer.

TRANSPORT& TRANSIT INSURANCE:


Transportation & transit insurance of the machine is in customer scope and will be charged extra as actual.

PACKING
Standard packing of machine (i.e. transparent plastic wrapping) will be provided by the company. Any
additional / specific packing required will be charged extra.

INSPECTION
Pre dispatch inspection of the offered machine, if required can be carried out at our works - Bhunava (Rajkot -
Gujarat). In this regards, we request you to consider the following:
i) Pre dispatch inspection will be as per the manufacturing standards of the machine offered
ii) All the cost related to the inspection (i.e. to & fro charges of customer along with lodging & boarding
etc.) is to be barred by customer

DESIGN SPECIFICATION
Jupiter Roll Forming Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to modify/alter any of the design, specifications and details of
the machine without prior notification / intimation to the client. The modification / alteration shall be in line
with the standard engineering practice and will not affect the final performance of the machine offered /
booked.

OFFER VALIDITY
This offer is valid for 15 days only from the date of offer.

ERECTION / COMMISSIONING & TRIAL:


Erection / Commissioning & trial (as per manufacturing standard of the machine offered) at your end will be
done in supervision of our engineer. In this regards, we request you to consider the following:

i) However the arrangement of required setup (as per site readiness guideline) along with the required
manpower is to be arranged from your side.
ii) To and fro charges of our engineer along with lodging, boarding and local transportation is in
customer’s scope
iii) Our service engineer will stay at your location for 3 days maximum. Beyond 3 days Rs. 3000.00 per
day will be charged till the day he stays at your location.

NOTE:
Our machine is user friendly and easy to install. As of the COVID situation, travelling resources are limited
and hence we have opted for the VIDEO INSTALLATION which is quite possible in our machine

WARRANTY
We provide workmanship warranty against any manufacturing defects for the period of 1 year (12 Months)
from the date of invoice. In this regards, we request you to consider the following:
i) Standard warranty is not applicable for consumable / brought parts which has normal wear & tear
(i.e. O rings, seals, washers etc.).
ii) Warranty on the major brought parts (i.e. electric motor, PLC & other electric parts, bearings etc.)
May be covered under warranty as per there supplier / manufacturer’s warranty terms, JUPITER is
not liable for said items.
iii) Standard warranty does not cover any accidental damage or damage caused due to any external
cause (i.e. damage during transportation, handling, hoisting, installing, electrical failure, low voltage
supply, misuse, servicing / repairing by unauthorized person / party etc.)

SERVICES
We offer free workmanship for the period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of invoice by our expert
technical team. In this regards, we request you to consider the following:
i) To and fro charges of our engineer along with lodging, boarding and local transportation is in
customer’s scope
ii) Any part (not covered under standard warranty) if to be replaced is to be provided by customer.

TRAINING
We will provide 1 week free training (at our works – Bhunava Rajkot) related to installation, operation &
maintenance (of the machine offered) to the executive appointed by you. In this regards, we request you to
consider the following:
i) Salary and wages of the appointed executive will be in your scope.
ii) Transportation lodging & boarding of the executive will be in your scope.

SCOPE Of WORK:
i) Jupiter scope of Work:
Supply the machine offered as per the manufacturer’s standard.
Loading of our machine at our works
Provision of engineer for supervision of erection / commissioning of machine
ii) Customer / Buyer scope of Work:
Site readiness - As per guidelines
Unloading of the machine at site
Arrangement of required tools & tackles required for the erection / commissioning of the machine
Arrangement of required manpower (i.e. Operator – 1, Electrician - 1 &Helper - 3).
Trial / Testing material for the trial (Trial will be conducted at your end by our engineer)

LEGAL JURISDICTION
In case of rising of any dispute between the company and the customer relating to goods sold / material
supplied, the Court at Gondal (Rajkot) shall have jurisdictions and all such dispute shall be referred to their
only.
