Today is Arrival of the Guest

B: Good Morning Ma’am. Welcome to The Peninsula Manila, your home to

unforgettable escapades. My name is IAN, I believe you are here because you have
made reservation Ma’am. This is our bellboy, George, who will help you with your
luggage.

G: Okay that is right! Okay my luggage is at back of my car and can he also please
unpack that before I get to my room.

B: That is noted ma’am/Sir. I will be your butler through out your stay here in our place.
I will now assist you to our lobby to meet with our reservation staffs and finalize some
papers before you check in. Come with me Ma’am.

G: Sure! Thanks.

B: Ma’am/Sir based on these papers you have fully paid the transactions and as part of
checking in process please sign these papers. (after signing thanked the guest)

After guest is done signing the papers.

B: Ma’am/Sir, I will now assist to your room.

G: Yes sure!

B: Before we arrive to your room, allow me to explain our hotel facilities. Breakfast will
be available at a Restaurant located at Lobby level from 6:00am to 10:00am. Our
business center can be found at mezzanine. You can enjoy relaxing view at our infinity
pool, and if you wish to have gym it is located at 5th floor. Let us know if you need to
make reservations for our hotel facilities.

G: Yes. Thank you for the information.

After a while….

B: We have arrived to destination room. Your room number is 406. Ma’am/Sir the
nearest fire exit will be to the left side of this section from your room and cctv’s are
around every corner of every floor.

G: Okay. That is nice.

B: May I now open your door?

G: Sure, go ahead.

B: Welcome home ma’am!

B: Ma’am/Sir, allow me to open the blinds and explain the room amenities. You have
safety deposit box inside the wardrobe. You also have a mini bar, which will be filled
with what you want. This is the remote control for your television. You can enjoy a view
to the beautiful bay area. Telephone to make an outgoing call, press 0 for operation
assistance. This is your air conditioner, and lastly, this is your bathroom. Please let me
know if will be needing something or an errand that I can do for you. Please feel free to
call for 143, and again my name is Ian.

G: Okay, I will ask you again if I forgot.

Perform personal errands

G: Hello, I am calling to call the attention of Butler Ian/Emily. I have some personal
errands for him.

B: Okay ma’am, coming right up.

(Knocking at the door)

B: Hello Ma’am, what can I do for you?

G: Can you please withdraw cash for me, because I do not have a cash here only my
card.

B: Yes, ma’am no problem. I know a nearest atm machine and I will do it right away.

G: Okay, that is great. Here it is.

B: Okay ma’am. I will return here immediately after it is done.

Butler knocks on the door.

B: Hello ma’am, I have completed it great time. Is there anything I can do for you?

G: That’s fast, thank you. I will be sleeping after this.

B: Okay Ma’am, do you like for me to prepare a wake up call for you? And on which
time do you prefer.

G: Ohhh. Sure that would be great, can you wake me up before 7:00 pm like 6:30 pm
for my scheduled dinner outside.

B: Okay ma’am Sure. I will note the time and prepare for it. Will you allow me to check
the room condition now, or your preferred time?

G: Now is good time before I sleep. You can now check it.

B: Thank you Ma’am, I will not take a while. I will now enter your room.

G: Okay.

B: Everything is in good condition Ma’am. I will now be leaving and please enjoy your
stay.

today is the Guest Departure date

G: Hello, I am calling for my Butler Ian/Emily to assist me pack my luggage because

today is my departure date.

B: Okay Ma’am please wait for a while. I will be coming right ahead.

(knocks on the door)

B: Hello Ma’am, I am now here to assist you in packing.

G: Okay, all of stuff is on the bed.

B: Okay ma’am. In a while I will pack it and prepare your items for departure. Are you
sure ma’am that this all of your items?

G: yes that is all.

B: Thank you ma’am. Anything else that I can do for you ma’am?

G: That is all, you have been great at your service.

B: Thank you ma’am for the compliment. I will be escorting you to the lobby if you are
done with your preparation ma’am.
(Bids goodbye)
