Luke Tonks and Rebeca Tonks

Accountants, Luke and Rebecca Tonks, a couple, decided that their career in
auditing was not for them so they think of something to do. Their idea was to build
a company that creates and delivers vegan food, a online canteen for workers who
are looking for healthy and sustainable food to eat. That’s when the Nourish Bud
was developed as just the Covid-19 pandemic started on March of 2020 that causes
the wipe out of the workers in offices. The couple has switched to home delivery
temporarily that could become permanent due to the existing circumstance. The
Tonks, testified, Mr. Tonks said, “ I think attitude towards working from home and
flexible working will change in the long term” and Ms. Tonks said, “Everyone is
more concerned about their health because of the Covid-19 outbreak.” They are
not only entrepreneurs who have adapt to rapidly evolving trends. Who would
actually start a business in midst of pandemic with so much uncertainties and still
continue to succeed. But as Mr. Tonks puts it: “Covid-19 Is potentially a really
great opportunity for small business. Consumer attitudes and practices are
changing completely.”
