The protagonist of the story is Hamlet. Hamlet is the Prince of Denmark.
2 What does the protagonist want more than anything else?
Hamlet wants to revenge his father's death more than anything else. His father
was killed by his uncle and his mother married his uncle Claudius who is now
his stepfather. Hamlet is very angry and mad.
3 What does the protagonist do in order to achieve his/her goals?
Hamlet organizes play at the castle. A group of actors stage the murder of a
king. Hamlet watches Claudius' reaction. He is now sure that Claudius killed his
father.
4 Does the protagonist achieve his goal by the end of the story?
Yes, Hamlet kills Claudius with a poisoned sword at the end of the story.

The antagonist of the story is Claudius, Hamlet’s uncle.

The plot:

The story is about Hamlet who is the prince of Denmark. His father is dead and
he comes back home. The ghost of his father visits him and tells him that his
uncle killed his father by poisoning him. Hamlet is mad because his mother
married his uncle and he wants to revenge his father. He accidentally kills
Polonius, the king’s adviser, because he thought that was Claudius. Polonius’
daughter Ophelia drowns herself and her brother wants to revenge her and his
father’s death. Laertes and Hamlet fight with swords that Claudius poisoned.
Both of them are wounded and Hamlet kills Claudius and everyone is dead.
