Restructuring of • Restructured Operations in covid-19 lockdown by pivoting from Store only model to a hybrid model.
Operations • Appointment of sales agents to coordinate with customers via WhatsApp and Calls which resumed operations
in accordance with the SOP provided by the local administration.

Retail Chain • Developed a self-sustaining retail store model with full autonomy which decreased dependence on owner.
Expansion • Deployed a team of 5 including 2 managers in retail store setup with ERP software and set up checks and
balances to check the health of the retail store and minimize the risk of theft or omissions.

Legal Aspects of Universal Charging Port for EVs. 2022
Business • Created a prototype for a charging port for EVs and created a plan to register it as a patent across the globe.
• Projected the use case and viability of the investment done in research and development for the same.
Quantitative Choice of UPI app based on gender. 2022
Techniques • Analyzed the relationship between gender and income in the choice of UPI applications.
• Performed a chi-square test to evaluate the relationship from the sample of 200 people.
