    Short Description : Animals Hazards and Dog Bite

    Detailed Description : During routine inspection, it was observed at Rc-16 workplace site the pet
    animals are moving at site all around the confined space . These could be a cause of severe personal
    injury through Madness Disease

    Type of Observation: Restricted Workplace Area

    Corrective Action : These animals shall be captured and must be removed from the workplace
    site
