    Detailed Description: During inspection of the scaffolding platform to rescue the person from
    pulley in case of emergency, the space from launching pit was insufficient from scaffolding
    platform to rescue a person thorough Pulley with rope.

    Type of Observation: Unsafe Egress


    Observation Attachment:

    As per Saudi Aramco CSM Reference # ( 2.5.6 ,J) Planks shall be laid flush
    side-by-side to each other on all scaffold platforms and stair/ladder
    landings.
