CONCLUSION

In conclusion, despite being a large global company, Greenfeed also faces

difficulties training new employees, enhancing employee performance, and motivating
employees. For each of the above aspects, there are specific solutions to improve the
situation and remove difficulties. For example, employees must be signed to comply
with training regulations; leaders need to create and promote peer training for
employees to overcome limitations.

In addition, to improve employee performance and engagement, it is necessary

that solutions need to be applied to both managers and employees. Moreover,
motivating employees is extremely important. For employees to always feel motivated
and recognized for their efforts, effective communication from leadership and trust,
companionship, and respect must be effective.

Finally, the human factor is the decisive factor for the survival of every
company as this is also the urgent point in organizational behavior. Because of this,
those who are leaders or even those who work in human resource have a critical role in
training, orienting, guiding, and motivating employees. Self-made billionaire Richard
Branson once said, "Train people well enough so that they can leave. Treat people well
enough so that they do not want to". This can be considered a guideline for each leader
and those working in the human resource management field.
