I hereby authorize the JN Bank Limited (“the Bank”) to proceed with the verification process in relation to my
Credit Application and to proceed with such due diligence as is required by the Bank for this process.

I am aware that in applying for, accepting a loan or guaranteeing a loan from the Bank, and during the course
of said loan, the Bank may use, give to, obtain, verify, share and exchange credit and other information about
me with others, including credit bureaus, mortgage insurers, credit insurers, registries, other affiliate companies or
subsidiaries of the JN Group, as well as any other person, as may be permitted or required by law.

I hereby understand that the Bank will proceed with the abovementioned disclosure and use of information in
furtherance of or necessary for or incidental to my Credit Application.

If not already done, I also undertake to give such authorization to any person whom the Bank contacts in this
regard to provide the necessary information.
