Organizational-Structure Strategy
4

 As company’s culture encounters, so does

organizational structure. This hub has a thorough
influence on internal communication. The structure
of a company achieves four factors:
 Parts tasks rationally among work teams and
departments.
 It merges department activities to achieves
organizational targets. ·
 Hands-out formal strength to direct work. ·

streams in three ways: down-ward, up-ward, horizontally
 Down-ward Communication: The down-ward
stream is involved of messages and input sent from top

forms the official lines of power down-ward from

magnificently through last years, in terms of staff'

Impact of Corona Virus-19
7

 Like other companies, Bahrain Airport Company was

affected by the Coronavirus, which affected international
air traffic and allowed tourists to travel around the world.

 COVID-19 has flipped the world and business

communication is no exception. Distant act is coming the
modern normal that employee put up their home offices
and get all work is going online. Whether BAS is
connecting with its staff at work or with clients and
partners. Basically, companies stand up a major series of
obstacles onset with the shortage of staff involvement to
unavailing online tools that don’t serve to their
requirement’s. BAS was able to do the following to
overcome the pandemic challenges.
Internal business communication
8

 As BAS went distant with the expansion of covid-19. For

people who aren’t accustomed to distant work, the
modern framework will be somehow challenge to them.
It leaves little space for structuring relationships which is
the most require need today – distant staff can feel lonely
and away.

 Of course, nothing beat up live communication between

people. But as BAS cope to the pandemic consequences,
there are few points it keeps to flatten the direction for
efficient team communication while working distance
from office.
External business communication
9

 Since, BAS’ team contacts with clients on a daily

basis and covid-19 has changed it which means that
an employee shouldn’t go to a meeting with a client
or network on a conference. BAS decided for the
external communication the best ways to fit to them.

 1.customers stay in the know

 2.Consider their problems
 3. human’s voice
 4.Right tool to communicate with
Recommendation
10

 Ethics & diversity of people may be is not the first things that comes
to people when acting or dealing with each other. But they got a
significant importance & influences in people’s relationship &
practices. Ethics mean choosing the best choice by flipping
alternatives in a term that is not harming or effecting other persons
in a negative way that our decision later can be struggled.

 Many researches prove that people are perceived in the way

business act with them. Therefore, some companies honor good
deeds by their employee, while other companies publish and
circulate the bad deed or harm that occurred to the company by an
employee in it.
 To enforce ethics & diversity to our lives and work we should obey
the five basic principles of ethics: Do not injure people feelings, do
things better, respect others, justice, and loving.
Recommendation
11

 Fear, guilt, and our own self-interests are building

boundaries in people & can stop them from doing the
ethical thing. So, what we should recommend BAS to do
for dealing with diver people & employees is to:
 collects facts.
 define values and principles.
 Find the most suitable solutions & choices.
 Appraise choices and choose the best one.
 “Our actions define what type of person we are, and our
character is uncovered by what we choose to do,”
Weinstein claims.
Legal Communication
12

 companies’ communication pits to concentrate on

structuring relationships and achieving goals, but
legal aspects have to be taken. Some companies’
communication is harshly regulated by law,
meanwhile others can lead harmful civil litigation.
By knowing legal standards and policies in which
communicators work is important for organizations,
managers and front-desk staff alike. Business legal
communication takes huge part with internal dialogs
as communication with outside stakeholder.
Conclusion
13

 Companies are making a switch to the

communication today and distant act. Specially to
eliminate the pandemic consequences and support
the world to heal from it. And since we can’t impose
certain procedures, we can cope to the differences it
brings. Normalizing communication either with
friends or colleagues while being remote has make
people long for doing it. What we can do is to detect
how we work and communicate now not only to keep
the business successful, but make it prosper during
difficult times.
