2. What are your two biggest strengths as a student? How will these strengths help
you
become a self-directed learner?
My 2 biggest strengths as a student would say are critical thinking and god self-teaching
I learn better and faster if I research things on my own. I am the type of person who
manages to master a skill or a subject by myself, having this said I could easily say that
becoming
a self-directed learner will not be a challenge these both help me achieve my goals properly and
developing a good level of self-directed learning
3. What are your two biggest weaknesses as a student? How do these affect your
readiness to be a self-directed learner?
My 2 biggest weaknesses in my personal and own opinion I would say are time management and
discipline, I tend to leave things for the last moment, I struggle to keep myself stick to something
until it really becomes critically important to take action, which could lead to consequences
later on of course, these 2 affect me in a way that it could potentially be making my educational
progress poor, and not making them on time.
Identifying resources
Self-directed learning identifies the human and material resources for learning. Once there is a
clear and significant objective, the company can facilitate the exploration of options that satisfy
the development process with quality and efficiency.
Finally, self-directed learning requires the evaluation of learning outcomes. One of the most
important tasks is to follow up with the leader and evaluate: what did she learn? How did she
learn best from the strategies that were selected? How did you apply what you learned?
Student reflection is critical in determining what worked and what can be improved next time.
This is also useful to the organization, as a model to replicate in which certain tasks can be
corrected at different stages of the process.
