DIFFERENCES OF SWOT BETWEEN

BUBBLEZONE.MY & Sewa Dulang Hantaran Segamat

We want to creates a company that provide Giant Bubble Services and there are one
company that we interviewed also provide Giant Bubble Services called BubbleZone.My,
however, they have a lot of weakness that can affect our new company if we follow their
strategies. That is why we choose Sewa Dulang Hantaran Segamat as our mentor.

The first reason is the differences of flexibility of operation site. Eventhough there are
some good advantages in changes the location of business, it also can made the customer feel
confused. For example, BubbleZone. My has two operation site, Zoo Melaka at evening while
Bukit Katil at night. BubbleZone.My used this style because of the number of tourist at the site is
different at times. Zoo Melaka has more tourist in evening but at night has low customer.
However, we believe that the operation site need to has an exact place to make the customers
knew where to find the company.

Another differences is that Sewa Dulang Hantaran Segamat has a legal license from SSM
while BubbleZone.My still waiting the approval from the SSM. Bubblezone.My has conduct
illegally from last year and only request the SSM license three month ago after receiving
warning letters from the government. While Sewa Dulang Hantaran Segamat has a legal license
since the beginning of the business. This is also reasons we choose Sewa Dulang Hantaran
Segamat as our mentor as being sued by the government can cost a lot.

Another difference is that BubbleZone.My does not continuously update in media social
such as Instagram, at most, they only update once in two weeks. This habit of not fully utilizing
the social media is a great loss for the company. As we know, social media such as Instagram
does not charge its user for using their platform as place for promoting. In fact, they encourage
user to be more creative in using their social media platform to build relations between people.
The Sewa Dulang Hantaran Segamat on the other hand are very proactive in using their social
media account. They pursue to make more follower and friend to increase the scope of their
costumer. This type of indirect promotion such as using the hashtag can help them promote to
other site of social media promotion. For example, by using #hipster the Sewa Dulang Hantaran
Segamat have reach people who follow the hipster trending. This also encourage costumer to buy
from their company.
