The Lushury Jewelry is to be located a RG-5 MacArthur Highway, San Roque, Tarlac City. We will offer a
great selection of gemstone jewelry in various designs, colors and sizes. Our jewelry will include
bracelets, necklaces, earrings and rings. All of the pieces will be designed and created by the owners.
The Lushury Jewelry will stock a wide selection of jewelry and will offer a service to make custom pieces
for shoppers while they wait or shop in the mall. All sales for the business will be through this SM Tarlac
City. After finishing the plan of building our business, the Lushury Jewelry plans to hire a sales
representative to handle customer interaction and some marketing.

India is known as the golden bird because of the abundance of gold silver and precious stone in the
country. The countries also known for their culture and their adornment of precious stone which goes
back thousands of years so people in India really value jewelry. In India, the jewelry segment
contributed to 7% of the country's retail market and with the value of the jewelry market continuing to
grow an upward trend approximately the market will grow 38.3% by 2022. Moreover jewelry sector is
one of the largest in the world contributing 29% of the global jewelry consumption. With all that India is
a low-risk venture in exporting and it's a great opportunity for Lushury to expand its market share
because of the high demand and an already tested market.

Currently Indonesia as the fourth largest population in the world which means that if you established

significantly small for the size of the population because compared to Hong Kong even if a Hong Kong
population is only a fraction of Indonesia’s population, Hong Kong is the number one importer of jewelry
in Asia. The reason is that in Indonesia they treat jewelry as an investment instead of an accessory to
wear due to them preserving it to increase the value when they sell it in the future but recently to the
point of them not wearing it and not minding the design the much. Today with fast fashion continuing to
grow in popularity in Indonesia. It boosted the demand of shifting to costume that can be an everyday
wear. With the market being big and easily penetrable Lushury has the opportunity to be front turner
and providing jewelry in the large market of Indonesia.
