. THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IS A MAJOR COMPONENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

ECONOMY, ALTHOUGH IT CONTRIBUTES ONLY ABOUT ONE-SEVENTH OF GROSS
DOMESTIC PRODUCT (GDP) THE PHILIPPINES IS ONE OF THE WORLD’S LARGEST
PRODUCERS OF COCONUTS AND COCONT PRODUCTS, AND THESE ARE
IMPORTANT EXPORT COMMODITIES.

THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC IN THE PHILIPPINES ARE AMIDST RISING GLOBAL

UNCERTAINTY AND INFLATIONARY PRESSURES, THE PHILIPPINES ECONOMY IS
POISED TO REMAIN STRONG AND IS PROJECTED IN 2019, AND 6.6 PERCENT IN
2O2O.

. THE CULTRE OF THE PHILIPPINES COMPRISES A BLEND OF TRADITIONAL

FILIPINO AND SPANISH CATHOLIC TRADIONTS, WITH INFLUENCES FROM AMERICA
AND OTHER PARTS OF ASIA.
