Program Overview
First and foremost, the PSDP is an enablement program. The primary goal is to help Palo Alto Networks
partners deliver top-notch services to their customers resulting in higher than average CSAT scores and
an increased return on investment, and scalable go-to-market practice. These goals are accomplished
with structured enablement and training focused on three core areas:
• Enabling usage of Palo Alto Networks tools and services
• Promoting platform adoption, implementation, and delivery skills
• Earning certifications, credentials, and microcredentials

Driving Tools Adoption and Services

Palo Alto Networks customers receive exponential benefits when they are engaged by a program
member to run any of the following tools: Best Practice Assessment (BPA), Prevention Posture Assess-
ment (PPA), Security Lifecycle Review (SLR), Ultimate Test Drive (UTD), and Palo Alto Networks demo
systems.
The PSDP helps partners learn about the tools, how they can use them more effectively, and provides
actionable use cases and playbooks for running them with customers.

Platform Adoption, Implementation, and Delivery Skills

Palo Alto Networks has a unique market opportunity to provide security capabilities that stretch across
a customer’s entire organization and portfolio. The PSDP offers partners in-depth technical training,
resources, and enablement so they can stay up to date on the latest products and deliver quality services
to their customers.

Certifications, Credentials, and Microcredentials

This program provides its members with structured learning plans to earn Palo Alto Networks certifi-
cations, credentials, and microcredentials. These accreditations certify partners as qualified Palo Alto
Networks professional service partners.

Enhancing Technical Expertise

Membership in the PSDP is contingent on enhancing technical expertise with Palo Alto Networks

fication platform to achieve credentials and certifications on a quarterly basis. Additionally, program
members will have opportunities to attend monthly webinars, leverage promoted LIVEcommunity
pages, and participate in discussion forums, along with dedicated access to technical resources.
PSDP members who have completed all of the learning paths, displayed consistent quarter-over-quar-
