Authentication Process in Zoom

before signing in for Doubt Session

Step 1:
• Open Google Chrome or Firefox Browser
• Type in the url: https://zoom.us/
• If you haven’t signed up yet in zoom using your aakashicampus
domain id, then click on Sign up given on the right top corner of the
page.
Step 2:
On clicking sign up, another web page will open asking you to enter
your date of birth details. Please enter correct DOB and click on
continue. (Note: It will accept only above 18 years of age)
Step 3:
A web page will open asking you to enter email id.
Please enter your aakashicampus domain id which is given to you
by the institute & then Click on Sign up
Step 4:
After clicking on sign up it will show this page:
Step 5:
Open your Microsoft Outlook mail and verify the link received by
Zoom.

On Clicking “Activate
Account” please fill up the
following features as
shown in the sample pic &
Click on Continue:
1. Name & Surname
2. Set a password (read the password
guidelines carefully & set an easy to
remember password)
3. confirm the same password
Click on skip this step:
Now you can sign in:
Post completion of activation, sign in with your registered
aakashicampus.com domain ID from Zoom Browser or App. Sign in
the Doubt Clearing Zoom session with the provided Meeting ID &
Password:
