Welcome to Roskilde University

You have applied for admission to a master programme at Roskilde University. The university is
pleased to offer you admission to the programme Business Administration and Leadership
(taught in English, single-subject) by 1st February 2022. We look forward to welcoming you.
Please notice, that when you have completed your prerequisite studies, you will automatically be
enrolled at the master programme.

Accept or reject the study place

You must inform the University no later than 15th December 2021, whether you wish to use the
offered study place or not. If the University has not received your acceptance by then, the offer
may be annulled.

We are aware that it can be difficult to take a final decision on accepting the offer due to the
coronavirus outbreak. Nevertheless, we ask you to accept or reject the offer within the given
timeline based on what you expect at the moment.

Please note that if you at a later point decide not to start at RUC anyway, you are welcome to
withdraw your acceptance by sending us an e-mail.

How to reply to the offer:

1. Log on to DANS.
2. Select the tab “See status of applications”.
3. To the far right of the programme that you have been offered admission to, click
“Accept/Reject Offer”.
4. You will now be shown a page where you can reply “Yes, please” or “No, thank you” to the
offered study place. Click on the appropriate button to indicate your choice.
5. You will now be shown a pop-up box where you have to confirm your choice (or reject it if it’s
incorrect).
6. A red bar will display a message saying that your answer has been registered. You have now
replied to the offer of admission.
